“There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow men. True nobility lies in being superior to your former self.” -Ernest Hemingway

Have a look around to see what I’m all about.

Overcoming obstacles has many phases, first we must recognize an obstacle for what it is and then face it with courage.  Then we must seek to know ourselves and what tools we have as well as our weaknesses.  All of this is followed by a plan and the determination to carry it out and finally we must reflect on all of this.  I am fortunate to have elders who prepared me to think this way and to follow the teachings within.  With that every obstacle becomes a teacher and disability becomes a trainer.
